The team is seeking a Lead Software Engineer with expertise in Java to join their team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will act creatively to develop applications while optimizing development, maintenance, and performance through the use of design patterns and proven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret application feature component designs and develop them according to specifications.
- Code, debug, test, document, and communicate the stages of product component feature development.
- Validate results with user representatives to ensure alignment with requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application functionality and performance.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Java and related technologies.
- Experience with application design patterns and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with debugging and testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
Experience:
