About this role

The team is seeking a Lead GenAI with expertise in LLM-Model tuning to join their innovative team. This role focuses on leveraging your deep knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to enhance AI capabilities. You will play a crucial role in bridging robust backend engineering with cutting-edge AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
  • Architect and optimize Python pipelines for LLM performance tailored to domain-specific tasks.
  • Fine-tune and deploy production-ready AI applications that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
  • Monitor and enhance the performance of deployed models, ensuring high reliability and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Python Backend Developer with a focus on AI and machine learning.
  • Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
  • Familiarity with model fine-tuning and deployment practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in backend development and AI model tuning.
