About this role
The team is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer for a contract position, fully remote. The successful candidate will work on enterprise-scale applications for a global client, combining hands-on development expertise with technical leadership and team mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of high-quality software solutions using Java and other relevant technologies.
- Participate in architectural discussions and decisions to ensure scalable and maintainable systems.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews and adherence to best practices.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Java and full stack development.
- Experience with cloud technologies and services.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a development team.
- Familiarity with modern frameworks and tools relevant to full stack development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of software development experience, with a focus on full stack engineering.
