About this role
The team is seeking a Lead Full Stack Data Engineer to own data products across the full lifecycle. This role encompasses data ingestion and transformation through to semantic modeling, reporting, documentation, and user adoption. You will work closely with commercial, operations, finance, and clinical stakeholders to translate complex and often ambiguous business requirements into clear, reliable, and scalable analytics solutions built on Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end data product lifecycle, ensuring high-quality data solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.
- Develop and implement data ingestion and transformation processes.
- Create semantic models and reporting solutions using Power BI.
- Document processes and ensure user adoption of data products.
- Maintain and optimize existing data solutions for performance and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
- Proficiency in data engineering tools and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in data engineering or a related field, with a focus on full-stack development.
