The team is seeking a Lead Frontend Developer with expertise in Flutter to join their team in Bangalore. This role is crucial for delivering high-quality mobile applications and leading a squad of developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of mobile applications using Flutter for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Collaborate with the design team to translate screen mockups into pixel-perfect mobile app screens, including animations.
- Solution complex user journeys and ensure seamless user experiences.
- Oversee the delivery of work from the development squad, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Participate in requirement gathering and provide technical insights to shape project direction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in mobile app development using Flutter.
- Strong understanding of native mobile development for Android or iOS.
- Proven ability to deliver complex user journeys and high-quality user interfaces.
- Experience in a Lead or Principal Engineer role, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Experience:
- Minimum of 11 years of relevant experience in frontend development, particularly with Flutter.
