About this role
The team is seeking a Lead Front End Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building efficient and reusable User Interfaces for web applications. You will play a key role in identifying cutting-edge front-end technologies and driving their adoption within the team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to create scalable and intuitive solutions for complex user flows.
- Identifying and resolving performance and scalability issues to enhance user experience.
- Leading the front-end development efforts and mentoring junior engineers.
- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in front-end development.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, particularly ES6 and beyond.
- Strong experience with frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Familiarity with front-end build tools and version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience required: 5-8 years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer in a technology firm.
