The team is seeking a Lead Software Engineer with expertise in C# to join their Advanced Distribution Planning System (ADPS) platform team in Pune, India. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology and wants to be part of a dynamic and winning team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using C#.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Ensure the software development process adheres to best practices and quality standards.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET framework.
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Familiarity with database technologies, preferably SQL Server.
- Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant software engineering experience, with a focus on C# development.
