The team is seeking a Lead Engineer, Software to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions for cutting-edge hardware platforms in Networking, Storage, and Server technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure high-quality deliverables that meet the needs of leading tech companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the software development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to create integrated solutions.
- Develop software for Cloud, AI, machine learning, Edge, and 5G applications.
- Ensure software performance, scalability, and security across platforms.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in software development.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Experience with cloud technologies and frameworks (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant software engineering experience, with a track record of leading projects.
