The team is seeking a Lead Engineer, Software to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving the development of innovative software solutions that enhance revenue cycle management in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background along with leadership skills to guide a team of engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the software development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
- Design and implement scalable software architectures and solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
