The team is seeking a Lead Engineer specializing in Software, with a focus on DevOps, DevSecOps, and Cloud Operations. In this role, you will lead engineering initiatives that drive efficiency and innovation, while ensuring the highest standards of security and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of DevOps and DevSecOps practices across the organization.
- Oversee cloud operations, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy scalable software solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Identify and implement automation tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in DevOps and DevSecOps methodologies.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Solid programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Ruby.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software engineering and cloud operations.
