About this role
The team is seeking a highly motivated Lead Engineer specializing in RTL Design and Front End development. This role is based in Bangalore and involves working closely with internal IP teams, technology, test, and product engineering teams to ensure high-quality outcomes with minimal cycle time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and design architecture for Test Chips.
- Collaborate with various engineering teams to drive project success.
- Oversee post-silicon debug processes until silicon reporting.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the development process.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of design methodologies and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in RTL design and front-end development.
- Proficiency in relevant design tools and languages (e.g., Verilog, VHDL).
- Experience with test chip architecture and post-silicon validation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in RTL design and test chip architecture.
