About this role
The team is seeking a Lead Engineer with expertise in .NET full stack development. In this role, you will work closely with the product development team to conduct third-party integrations for mid to large-sized products, preferably in a SaaS environment. You will collaborate with product management teams to address product capabilities, business challenges, and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide technology-related guidance to the product team.
- Drive planning processes and prioritize both strategic and tactical work items.
- Influence technical discussions and decisions within the team.
- Understand and validate business requirements from the technical perspective.
- Ensure the successful integration of third-party services and APIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in .NET technologies and full stack development.
- Experience with SaaS product development and third-party integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with product management and technical teams.
- Proven track record of leading technical discussions and guiding teams.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
