The team is seeking a Lead Engineer specializing in AI/ML to join their team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for driving innovative solutions in artificial intelligence and machine learning, particularly focusing on generative AI and large language models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of AI architectures and embeddings.
- Develop and optimize machine learning models, including RAG and AI chatbots.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices and emerging technologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI/ML to ensure the team remains at the forefront of innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python and experience with core machine learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, and vector databases.
- Experience with agentic AI and agentic frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Experience:
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in AI/ML roles, with a proven track record of leading projects.
