About this role
The team is seeking a Lead Dot Net Developer to support the role requirements of senior developers in the Analyst Developer job family. This position will provide a launching pad for transitioning into more senior roles, both as an individual contributor and in leadership. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting delivery obligations to customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Testing team to create user story definitions and acceptance criteria.
- Utilize your extensive knowledge to ensure the development process aligns with best practices.
- Analyze and design software solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical challenges.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in .NET framework and related technologies.
- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, and MVC architecture.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with database management systems, preferably SQL Server.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on .NET technologies.
