About this role
The team is seeking a Lead Developer for Finacle to oversee the design, development, and implementation of Finacle solutions. This role involves defining architecture, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Finacle application development and ensure high-quality coding standards.
- Define system architecture and technology stack to support business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Finacle and its modules.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Experience in system architecture design and implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development, with a focus on Finacle solutions.
