The team is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with consulting teams and partners, engaging directly with global clients to address their business challenges. You will explore large-scale data and develop models to solve core business problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with partners and principals to shape proposals that highlight data science and analytics capabilities.
- Explain, refine, and craft model insights and architecture to guide stakeholders through the model-building journey.
- Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Lead data science initiatives and mentor junior team members in best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data science and analytics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data science, with a strong background in statistical modeling and machine learning.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data manipulation tools like SQL.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
Experience: 5-8 years in data science or a related field.
