About this role
The team is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of innovative AI and data analytics applications. This role is critical in building and enhancing applications using a variety of technologies including React, Python, AWS, Snowflake, and other relevant tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of chatbots or agents utilizing Agentic AI and LLM technologies.
- Conduct advanced data analytics to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze, monitor, and optimize real-time manufacturing data to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions and enhance application functionality.
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data science methodologies and tools, including Python and AWS.
- Experience with data visualization and analytics platforms such as Snowflake.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and AI technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in data science or a related field.
