About this role
The team is seeking a Lead Data Engineer with expertise in Palantir Foundry to oversee the full lifecycle of data and operational applications. In this role, you will be responsible for ingesting and modeling data, building the Ontology, and delivering applications that transform data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the complete data lifecycle within Palantir Foundry, ensuring efficient data ingestion and modeling.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines to support operational applications.
- Develop and implement Ontology objects that accurately represent real-world business concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver applications and logic that facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing data processes for improved performance and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Palantir Foundry and its functionalities.
- Strong background in data engineering and full-stack development.
- Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and data pipeline construction.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in data engineering or related fields.
