About this role
The team is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of modern data solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for creating efficient data pipelines, data models, and ETL/ELT processes that support business analytics and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of data pipelines and models.
- Architect and optimize data lake and warehouse solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Snowflake.
- Enable business analytics and self-service reporting through tools like Power BI and other visualization platforms.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business users to deliver reliable data solutions.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data engineering.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with data pipeline architecture and ETL/ELT processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Snowflake.
- Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
- Solid understanding of database management and data modeling.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in data engineering or a related field.
