About this role
The team is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to design and manage scalable, AI-ready data platforms and products. This role will focus on data engineering, governance, reliability, cloud optimization, and enabling machine learning and Agentic AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust data architectures that support scalable data processing.
- Manage and optimize cloud-based data solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ensure data governance and reliability across all data platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable machine learning capabilities.
- Utilize modern data engineering tools and frameworks to enhance data workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Big Data and modern data engineering practices.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Advanced skills in programming languages including Python, PySpark, and SQL.
- Familiarity with data processing tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, BigQuery, or Synapse.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in data engineering and management.
