About this role
The team is currently seeking a Lead Data Analyst, reporting directly to the BI & Data Analytics Manager, to join the team based in Noida. The Lead Data Analyst will work closely with the business and has a dynamic role that bridges technical data analysis with strategic business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide solutions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize data trends and performance metrics.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay updated with the latest data analytics trends and tools to enhance analytical capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in data analysis or a related field, with a focus on business intelligence.
