As Lead Data Analyst, you will drive data analysis, engineering, and advanced analytics initiatives. You will collaborate with Data Product Managers, Data Owners, and global cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business outcomes. This role balances hands-on analytics, AI innovation, stakeholder engagement, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex data analysis, modeling, and visualization activities to extract actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions to enhance decision-making processes.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into analytical requirements.
- Continuously improve data processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Tableau.
- Strong knowledge of data engineering principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading projects and working with cross-functional teams.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in data analysis and analytics roles.
