Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in data analytics, data science, or a related field.

- Experience with healthcare datasets and understanding of market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in data analytics or a related role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
