About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Lead SAP FICO Consultant with a strong background in Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL) to join their team in Dubai. This is an onsite opportunity, and candidates must be willing to work from the team location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and support of SAP FICO solutions, focusing on AR and GL modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide expert guidance and support during system configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FICO functionalities, ensuring optimal performance of the system.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Lead SAP FICO Consultant with a focus on AR and GL.
- Strong understanding of SAP FICO modules and integration with other SAP modules.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with RE-FX (Real Estate Management) is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO consulting.
