The team is a leading provider of Shielded Cloud and Digital Solutions across Australia and New Zealand. They are seeking a Lead Cloud Platform & API Engineer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions and APIs that drive innovation and efficiency for major organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of cloud platforms and APIs to support enterprise-scale applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement integration strategies.
- Ensure the security and scalability of cloud solutions through best practices in DevSecOps.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in cloud technologies and API development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance service offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cloud architecture and API development.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in cloud engineering and API development.
