The team is seeking a Lead Backend Developer to architect and implement scalable backend systems using cutting-edge technologies. This role is crucial for ensuring robust performance and seamless integration with frontend applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of RESTful APIs, focusing on efficiency, security, and ease of consumption by client applications.
- Spearhead the adoption of microservices architecture, orchestrating the decomposition of monolithic systems into modular, maintainable services.
- Drive the implementation of cloud-native solutions, leveraging platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, or Python.
