The team is seeking a Lead Backend Developer to join their innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems that support various applications and services. You will lead a team of developers while ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust backend architecture for applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Experience with database management systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of cloud services, particularly AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in backend development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
