The team is seeking a Lead Associate in Software Engineering with expertise in Angular, Node.js, and AWS MEAN Stack. This role is pivotal in driving the development of innovative wealth management technology solutions that address complex integration challenges for clients in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using Angular and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.
- Engage in code reviews and maintain coding standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Angular, Node.js, and AWS MEAN Stack.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members effectively.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant software engineering experience, with a focus on web application development.
