About this role
The team is seeking a Lead Associate - Product (UI) who will be responsible for building and optimizing engaging, performant, and accessible user interfaces across their digital products and platforms. As a senior member of a cross-functional Agile delivery squad, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality front-end components using React, TypeScript, modern UI engineering patterns, and cloud-native integration practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of user interfaces that enhance user experience and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, and Architects to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development and apply them as appropriate.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in React and TypeScript, with a strong understanding of modern UI engineering patterns.
- Experience with cloud-native integration practices and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio showcasing previous UI projects is highly desirable.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on user interface design.
