The team is seeking a Lead Associate - Product (.NET) to join their engineering organization as a senior technical authority. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions that enhance the technology landscape. You will provide hands-on technical leadership across modern engineering practices, cloud-native architectures, and Agile delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robust, scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
- Lead engineering squads in adopting modern engineering practices and methodologies.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality software through effective Agile practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Mentor junior engineers and share best practices within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in .NET framework and related technologies.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and services.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development and engineering leadership.
