The team is seeking a Lead Associate - DevOps Engineer to join their innovative team that is driving the future of technology and analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for automating and supporting the delivery of Data and AI products, leveraging your expertise in GitHub, Microsoft Fabric, and cloud data platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design GitHub workflows, branching strategies, pull request standards, and source control practices for Fabric workspaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
- Implement best practices for DevOps processes and tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and security.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members in DevOps methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with GitHub and Microsoft Fabric.
- Proficiency in cloud data platforms and DevOps tools.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in DevOps or a similar role.
