The team is seeking a Lead Architect - SAP BSA to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving the architectural vision and strategy for SAP Business Solutions Architecture within the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP solutions and a strong understanding of business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of architecture with business goals.
- Develop and maintain architectural standards and best practices for SAP applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and developers.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance the SAP landscape.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance policies in all architectural decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP architecture and design, with a focus on Business Solutions.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as S/4HANA, FICO, MM, and SD.
- Experience with integration tools and techniques, including SAP PI/PO and API management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in SAP architecture or related fields are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP architecture and business solutions.
