The team is seeking a Lead AIML Engineer / Associate Principal specializing in ML Ops to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving the implementation and operationalization of machine learning models, ensuring they deliver real business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and deployment of scalable ML models and pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize and maintain existing ML models for performance and reliability.
- Implement best practices for ML Ops, including version control, CI/CD, and monitoring.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in ML and data engineering practices.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in machine learning, data science, and ML Ops.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Experience:
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in AIML and ML Ops roles.
