About this role
The team is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to serve as the senior technical leader in the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions. This role requires a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, coupled with the ability to lead a team of engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced AI algorithms and models to solve complex problems.
- Lead a team of AI engineers, providing mentorship and guidance to foster professional growth.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and integrate them into existing systems.
- Ensure the quality and performance of AI solutions through rigorous testing and optimization.
- Present findings and project updates to stakeholders and contribute to strategic planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in AI and machine learning technologies, including but not limited to TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in AI engineering or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
