The team is seeking a Lead AI Engineer specializing in Conversational AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join their team in Hyderabad. This role involves leading the development of innovative AI solutions that enhance user interactions and streamline communication processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement advanced conversational AI systems and LLMs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality AI products.
- Optimize and fine-tune AI models for improved performance and user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices and development techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing conversational AI applications and working with LLMs.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience Required: 5 to 8 years in AI engineering or related fields.
