About this role
The team is seeking a Lead AI Engineer with strong expertise in Agentic AI and Computer Vision to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions for both internal and client projects. This is a full-time position based in Kochi, and we are looking for an immediate joiner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop Agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
- Create advanced Computer Vision solutions to enhance product capabilities.
- Build AI applications using tools such as LangGraph and CrewAI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices and innovative approaches.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in AI engineering, particularly in Agentic AI and Computer Vision.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in AI engineering and development.
