About this role
The team is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production AI systems, including agentic AI applications for enterprise clients. This is a hands-on engineering role where you will be responsible for writing production code, building and evaluating models and agents, and collaborating closely with architects and product teams to transition solutions from prototype to scalable applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build agentic AI systems, including agent workflows, tool/function-calling, memory management, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
- Write high-quality production code and ensure the robustness of AI models and agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement AI solutions that meet client needs.
- Evaluate and optimize AI models for performance and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on agentic AI applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying AI solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in AI engineering or a similar role.
