About this role
The Lead AI Developer – Infrastructure Security Automation (L3) is a principal technical lead role responsible for architecting and directing the delivery of production-grade AI systems, agentic platforms, and LLM-powered security capabilities. This position requires a deep understanding of AI technologies and their application in enhancing infrastructure security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven security automation solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI systems into existing security frameworks.
- Develop and optimize algorithms for threat detection and response.
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI systems in production environments.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in AI best practices and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in AI development, particularly in security automation.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or Java.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in AI development and infrastructure security.
