About this role

The team is seeking an experienced AI Engineering Leader to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of next-generation AI-powered Metaverse products. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Transformers, and AI product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions that enhance user experiences in the Metaverse.
  • Oversee the development of scalable AI architectures and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure successful delivery.
  • Drive innovation in AI technologies and methodologies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Mentor and guide a team of AI engineers and researchers in best practices and emerging trends.
  • Ensure the integration of AI solutions with existing systems and platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in AI product development with a focus on Generative AI and LLMs.
  • Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Transformers.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and deploying AI solutions in production environments.
  • Familiarity with software development practices and agile methodologies.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in AI engineering and product development.
