The team is seeking a LabVantage - LIMS Master Data Analyst to join their team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial in managing and analyzing master data within the LabVantage Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and a passion for improving laboratory processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain master data within the LabVantage LIMS.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Analyze data trends and provide insights to enhance laboratory efficiency.
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
- Train and support users on best practices for data entry and management.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5-8 years of experience in data analysis or management, preferably in a laboratory environment.
- Proficiency in LabVantage LIMS or similar laboratory management systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
