About this role
The team is seeking a highly skilled L3 Infrastructure Engineer (Lead / SME) to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in complex enterprise IT infrastructure, demonstrating leadership and subject matter expertise in their field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced network and systems infrastructure solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on WAN/LAN architectures, enterprise routing, switching, and security solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues, providing mentorship to junior engineers.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance infrastructure performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech), MCA, or M.Sc in relevant disciplines.
- Advanced CCNP / CCIE or equivalent certifications in networking.
- Proven expertise in enterprise server and virtualization technologies, with relevant certifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
