About this role
The team is seeking an experienced L2 System & Cloud Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong spoken and written English language skills and have a solid background in system administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Windows servers and systems.
- Support and administer Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Server environments.
- Oversee Azure infrastructure and administration tasks.
- Provide support for Active Directory, including group policy management.
- Collaborate with teams in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
- Work closely with US-based clients to deliver high-quality service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in a Windows System Administrator role.
- 6-7 years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Server.
- At least 4 years of experience in Azure infrastructure and administration.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
- Previous experience in an MSP environment is preferred.
Experience in supporting US-based clients will be an advantage.
