About this role
The team is seeking an experienced L2/L3 Production Support professional to join their team in Gurgaon. This role requires strong expertise in cloud-based data platforms and a solid background in production support, monitoring, incident management, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for production data pipelines and data platforms.
- Monitor daily ETL/ELT workflows to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve data processing systems continuously.
- Implement automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Document processes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based data platforms.
- Experience in production support and incident management.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in automation practices.

Experience:
