About this role
The team is seeking an experienced L2 Infrastructure Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in enterprise IT infrastructure and be responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of critical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support network infrastructure, including routing, switching, and security.
- Implement and maintain Cisco solutions, including Catalyst and DNAC.
- Oversee server administration and enterprise virtualization environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and security.
- Document configurations, procedures, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech), MCA, or M.Sc in relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Core certifications such as CCNP (Enterprise/Security) or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco routing/switching and network security.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
