About this role
The team is seeking a Kianxis Rapid Response / Maestro Developer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, developing, documenting, and communicating business requirements. This role involves collaboration with various IT teams to develop and deliver effective solutions, as well as providing support and user training on selected systems, including SFC, ERP, and local applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements by engaging with business partners.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide training and support to users on various systems and applications.
- Participate in IT projects, ensuring that deliverables align with business objectives.
- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Kianxis Rapid Response and Maestro.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their integration with business processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in user training and support.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in a similar role, with a focus on IT solutions development and support.
