The team is seeking a Senior Manager for their Online-Enterprise division. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of digital payments and financial services, focusing on enhancing the platform for both consumers and merchants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing key accounts and developing strategic initiatives to boost user engagement and transaction volume.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive consumer and merchant adoption of digital payment solutions.
- Manage relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and streamline user experience.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in account management, business development, or a related role within the digital payments or fintech industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong client relationships.
- Familiarity with digital payment solutions and financial services.
