We are seeking a Senior Associate/Team Lead for the Online-Enterprise division, who will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our digital payment platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to develop and implement strategies that drive user acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and user experience.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners to expand service reach.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in digital payments, e-commerce, or financial services.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
