The team is seeking a Junior Manual Tester to support testing activities and execute test scripts while learning quality engineering practices across the full software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach and a passion for quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute manual test cases and report bugs effectively.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback.
- Assist in designing and implementing robust testing frameworks.
- Support test automation efforts as needed.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in the software industry, specifically in manual testing.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.
- Familiarity with test case management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Basic knowledge of test automation tools is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
