About this role
The team is seeking Junior Java Developers to design and improve software solutions using Java. In this role, you will be responsible for coding, debugging, and testing applications while collaborating closely with senior developers on complex issues. You will implement new features, master advanced techniques, and contribute to significant projects, all while refining your technical skills.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Designing, implementing, developing, and maintaining applications using the Java tech stack according to requirements.
- Understanding business requirements and converting them into technical specifications.
- Contributing to SDLC (software development lifecycle) activities including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, integration, and maintenance.
- Constantly monitoring and identifying production and non-production issues and resolving them.
- Writing clean, efficient, and secure code.
- Ensuring performance, security, stability, and quality of the application.
- Improving existing systems by adding new features in line with business specifications.
- Monitoring performance and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the overall system.
- Performing regular checks and following best practices to develop, deploy, and maintain software.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 1-2.6 years of working experience in Java, Java Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- A strong understanding of the complete SDLC cycle and relevant technical concepts.
- Good understanding of DBMS and relational databases.
- Strong logical thinking and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Readiness to work in a team with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- BE/ME/B.Tech/M.Tech (CS/IT)/MCA or equivalent.
