The team is seeking a Software Engineer III to join their Associate Technology Health & Wellness team. This role is dedicated to creating a seamless and frictionless experience for associates throughout the Rx journey. The ideal candidate will focus on upholding the highest standards of compliance and auditing while delivering effective digital solutions that support EDLP, ensuring customer safety and enhancing developer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications that improve the pharmacy experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance product offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with front-end technologies like React or Angular.
- Familiarity with cloud services, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and agile practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant software development experience.
